- Maintenance: child support, spousal maintenance, post-divorce allowance and variation when circumstances change.
- Children born outside marriage: custody and support, recognition and establishment of parentage.
- Civil unions and cohabitation: rights, cohabitation agreements and dissolution.
- Special guardian and guardian of minors: appointment and assistance in proceedings where a special guardian (curatore speciale) or guardian (tutore) for the child is required.
- Compensation for intra-family damage: protection for those whose fundamental rights are violated within the family (for example a parent’s failure to provide material or emotional support to a child).

A careful approach
Family matters involve emotions, relationships and often children. We take time to listen, explain timeframes, costs and possible outcomes clearly, and — where possible — seek balanced agreements that reduce conflict.
